Triphala Guggulu Dosage

Normally, a person can take 1-2 tablets/capsules/teaspoons for 2 or 3 times in a day with hot or lukewarm water. It should be taken preferably after one hour of taking meals. One can also take it with warm or lukewarm milk.

Do not take it with cold water

Always avoid taking it with cold water as by doing so, this mixture won’t bring desired results. To ease the fat abrading action of Triphala Guggulu, it should mandatorily be taken with warm water, warm milk or hot ginger flavored tea. Guggulu Side Effects
